The problem:
The initial website, while cohesive, proved to be very text heavy with simple but ineffective navigation.

The initial layouts made the program offerings and sign up easier to find, they still felt text heavy and a bit unengaging.

At this stage of the project, tweaks and upgrades are still being made to the design.
In this update, we’ve added a full color palette, functioning buttons with separated program pages, and a separate About Bill page.
Design Direction
For the website and the business card, we knew we wanted to keep a red and blue color palette, a dynamic, energetic feel, and simple type.
Keeping with the track theme and simple layout, I created a bold but readable card and general template for the other web pages.
The Final Cards
With a cleaned up track and a back of the napkin Chicago Skyline sketch, Bill’s business card has both a professional and Chicago hometown feel to it. Representing decades of experience, Bill’s updated card keeps pace with his branding update.
