Hi, I’m Alex Lopez! Born in the suburbs of Chicago, my passion for art has grown with me throughout the years. Exploring my passion in high school, I was awarded first place in my district art competition, giving me the confidence to pursue an education in art.

Continuing to pursue my passion, I graduated in the spring of 2024 from DePaul University with my BFA in Animation - Storyboarding and Character Design with a minor in Graphic Design.

Since graduation, I’ve been freelance designing through my own small business, alxlpz designs. With constant networking and long nights at the computer, I’ve gotten to build a full case load of clients who need various kinds of design help.

I gain inspiration across all mediums, from illustration and film to painting and comedy.

When I’m not designing, I’m working out, drinking coffee with friends, or exploring random corners of Chicago.
